New Creo 7.0 has enhancements in the area of generative design, real-time simulation, multi-body design, additive manufacturing. You will be able to design innovative products faster and more efficiently.
New enhanced features are as follows:
1. Generative Design
Generative design software creates a design from the set of design requirements. Users can specify their material and manufacturing requirements to generate the production-ready design with the help of software.
Creo Generative design creates an optimized product design with the power of the cloud with various design options for the adaptations. Generative designs are of lower cost and high-quality manufacturing designs.

“The most exciting thing about Generative Design, to me, is that it challenges my biases. As an engineer, I like right angles, flat surfaces, and round dimensions, and Generative Design says that may not be the best solution. And so, if I want to be the best possible engineer at my job, I look to Generative Design to find those kinds of solutions.”

Creo Generative Topology Optimization(GTO)
Creo 7. creates an optimized product design based on the required constraints, materials, and manufacturing processes. This feature will allow us to reduce the development time and cost of the product.
Features
1. Ease-to-use and fully integrated into Creo Parametric’s familiar design environment, familiar UI ribbon with context-sensitive menus, and streamlined workflow.
2. Seamless set-up. Simply select design spaces, add your loads and constraints, define your objectives, materials, and manufacturing processes.
3. Quick generation of your designs using a powerful AI-driven optimization engine.
4. Support for common manufacturing requirements, from traditional to additive manufacturing.
5. Ability to preview and interrogate optimized design along with simulation results
6. The interactive process where results dynamically update with edits to geometry and setup.
7. Automatic reconstruction of optimized results to rich B-rep geometry or tessellated model.
8. Structural, Modal, and Thermal analysis.
Benefits
1. Create innovative, differentiated products
2. Explore more options in less time
3. Reduce time to market and product costs
4. Optimize product designs for efficiency and manufacturability

2. Real-Time Simulation
Creo 7.0 introduced Fluid flow simulation to creo simulation live. Creo 7.0 gives you the realtime Fluid flow simulation capabilities directly integrated with the Creo environment with enhanced UI.
This feature enables you to create and simulate the designs for better decisions. You no longer have to guess at how your design might perform under real-world conditions. You iterate fast, incorporating as many design changes as you want, confident that you’ve made the best-informed decisions possible.
3. Multibody Design
This feature allows you to separately manage, visualize, and design geometric volumes. These new workflows empower you in the areas of generative design, additive manufacturing, and simulation.
4. Additive Manufacturing and CAM
Creo 7.0 features improved with the additive manufacturing capabilities. New lattices are based on the Delaunay algorithm. Swiss-type machines are also supported by this enhancement. This feature improves the costs and quality of additive manufacturing.
Creo additive manufacturing allows you to develop innovative design and allows you to print with the Creo environments with ease and innovations. These features enable you to make the product less time consuming and minor errors. You can do rapid prototyping just in time as per the market demands.
The new extensions feature enhanced lattice capabilities with the addition of Stochastic Lattices based on the Delaunay algorithm, hard-edge definition, and the ability to create lattice structures using custom cells, thereby enabling highly-complex parts that cannot be produced using traditional manufacturing.
New Feature capabilities are as follows:
Create parametrically-controlled lattice structures and fully-detailed parts with accurate mass properties. With variability control, you can reinforce the lattices how you wish. (requires extension).
Identify printability issues in your design.
Scale, position, and show a clipped view of the model and probable support material on the tray.
Automatically optimize the position of the model in the tray for printing.
Define profiles for multiple supported printers.
Modify, manage, and save print tray assemblies.
Assign materials, colors, calculate build and material consumption, and print directly from Creo to supported 3D Printers.
Connect directly to service bureaus, such as i.materialise, for access to 100+ materials.
